The Chevy Chase Pavilion owners' plans to convert some retail space at their property at 5335 Wisconsin Avenue to medical office space continues to be a focus of concern for the Advisory Neighborhood Commission (ANC3E), which oversees Friendship Heights and several other nearby areas. Aside from restaurant and hotel entrances, there are no shopping venues left on the upper level. CVS, Old Navy and a T-Mobile phone store remain on the street level.
